This role focuses on developing long-term strategic partnerships across multiple stakeholder levels, including laboratory management, clinicians, scientific officers, consultants, and end users. You will identify and develop acquisition opportunities through a rolling five-year strategic plan, build and manage a robust pipeline, and execute country-level strategies to deliver new business wins. Working cross-functionally with local and regional teams, solution design, service, and application specialists, you will lead enterprise solution discussions across the full sales cycle. The position also acts as an end-to-end project manager, overseeing implementation from project kickoff through system go-live. Strong business planning, forecasting, and account strategy development are essential, along with ensuring accurate TAM data, effective time utilization, and compliance with all applicable business conduct standards and regulations.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate holds a bachelor's degree in science or a related discipline and brings at least five years of experience in the IVD, medical device, molecular, life sciences, or healthcare industry. You have a proven track record in enterprise or key account management, sales forecasting, and solution-based selling to senior leaders within hospitals and healthcare institutions. Strong communication skills, the ability to build trusted customer relationships, and experience engaging senior management and key stakeholders are critical. You are highly customer-oriented, commercially driven, and adept at cross-functional collaboration, with solid knowledge of hospital performance metrics, tender processes, and laboratory operations.
