Job Description

As a VP/ SVP, Cybersecurity (AI), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies.
  • Leading a team to manage cybersecurity operations and incident response.
  • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for security audits and reviews.
  • Monitoring and analysing emerging threats to recommend proactive measures.
  • Ensuring the integration of security practices into technology projects.
  • Providing guidance and training to enhance cybersecurity awareness across the organisation.
  • Reporting to senior management on cybersecurity risks and mitigation plans.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP/ SVP, Cybersecurity (AI) should have:

  • Strong expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing cybersecurity teams and operations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment and incident response processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant professional certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).
