Job Description

  • Managing and overseeing trade support functions for equities transactions.
  • Ensuring operational processes comply with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Coordinating with front office, back office, and external stakeholders to resolve trade discrepancies.
  • Monitoring and improving operational workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the middle office team to enhance their performance.
  • Analyzing and reporting key performance metrics to senior management.
  • Driving process improvement initiatives to optimize trade support operations.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments in financial services.
