  • Managing back-office operations to ensure seamless banking and financial services support.
  • Overseeing transaction processing and reconciliation activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Leading process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Providing strategic input on back-office processes and systems.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on operational performance.
  • Managing and mentoring back-office staff to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong knowledge of banking and financial services operations.
  • Proven expertise in managing back-office functions effectively.
