Job Description

As a USD Investor Relations VP, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead investor relations and fundraising activities for the fund, including new fund formation, subsequent fundraising rounds, and ongoing LP relationship management throughout the fund lifecycle
  • Focus on sourcing and onboarding new LPs as a core objective, while building and continuously expanding the LP network
  • Lead the fundraising process for USD‑denominated funds, including roadshows, LP engagement, due diligence coordination, as well as execution and communication of post‑acquisition capital calls and drawdowns
  • Work closely with the investment team to proactively plan for and initiate subsequent fundraising efforts
  • Manage relationships with a diverse LP base, including but not limited to:
  • Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth Individuals,Sovereign wealth funds, Universities and research‑affiliated capital
  • Prepare, maintain, and update all IR materials, including pitch decks, DDQs, LP reports, and portfolio updates

The Successful Applicant

A successful USD Investor Relations VP should have:

  • Proven, hands‑on experience in successfully completing the full fundraising lifecycle for USD‑denominated funds (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in IR and fundraising roles within VC, PE, or asset management firms
  • Demonstrated ability to independently originate and develop new LP relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long‑term trusted relationships with UHNW, institutional, and government‑backed LPs
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to support cross‑border fundraising and documentation
