Job Description

  • Lead global USD fundraising initiatives, including developing and executing capital raising strategies targeting institutional investors (e.g., endowments, pensions, family offices, sovereign wealth funds).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective LPs, serving as a key senior point of contact throughout the fundraising and post-investment lifecycle.
  • Oversee preparation of high-quality fundraising materials (pitch decks, DDQs) and coordinate investor communications, roadshows, and due diligence processes.
  • Collaborate closely with investment, legal, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on fund strategy, structuring, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and peer fundraising activities to inform positioning and optimize fundraising outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, placement, or institutional fundraising within private equity, venture capital, or asset management, with a strong track record in USD funds.
  • Deep network of global institutional investors and demonstrated ability to originate and close capital commitments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies clearly and persuasively in English.
  • Solid understanding of fund structures, legal documentation, and cross-border regulatory frameworks related to offshore/USD vehicles.
  • Highly driven, strategic thinker with strong project management capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
