Job Description

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to identify talent needs and support workforce planning objectives.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and sourcing strategy through to selection and offer delivery.
  • Drive proactive talent acquisition through market research, candidate outreach, and pipeline development for key positions.
  • Build and maintain talent communities for current and future hiring demands while sharing market intelligence with stakeholders.
  • Support the planning and execution of recruitment events and employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to implement recruitment projects and continuously improve hiring processes.
  • Provide a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience while maintaining an efficient, compliant, and high-quality recruitment process.



The Successful Applicant

  • Must have 7+ years' experience in talent acquisition within a sizable organization, preferably with exposure to finance or professional services industries.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and strategies.
  • Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations in Hong Kong.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
