Solution Architect - IT Vendor

As a Solution Architect, your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and industry best practices (e.g., ITIL). Define scalable and standardized service management frameworks covering incident, problem, change, and request management.
• Own the design and governance of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions. Establish data models, CI (Configuration Item) structures, and service mapping strategies to ensure accurate dependency mapping and end-to-end service visibility across complex IT environments.
• Drive technical pre-sales engagements focused on ITSM and CMDB capabilities. Deliver impactful presentations, facilitate workshops, and lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate value in service automation, asset visibility, and operational efficiency.
• Design integrations between ITSM platforms and adjacent systems such as monitoring tools, AIOps platforms, and cloud environments. Promote automation use cases including event correlation, incident auto-resolution, and workflow orchestration.
• Provide architectural direction throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to design standards, CMDB data integrity, and ITSM process consistency. Guide implementation teams and mitigate risks in complex deployments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership, translating ITSM and CMDB capabilities into tangible business outcomes such as improved service reliability, reduced downtime, and optimized operational costs.
