Job Description

As a Site Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supervising construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Overseeing site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
  • Monitoring progress and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Preparing and managing project documentation, including budgets and schedules.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Providing regular updates and reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Manager should have:

  • Educational qualifications in construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing renovation projects within the property industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and collaborate with various stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
