Job Description

  • Ensuring timely and accurate settlement of financial transactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitoring and reconciling accounts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve settlement discrepancies.
  • Handle trade settlements and market data administration for HK and global futures.
  • Preparing and submitting reports for management review.
  • Implementing and maintaining effective processes to improve settlement efficiency.
  • Assisting in resolving system or operational issues related to settlements.
  • Staying updated on industry regulations and ensuring compliance in all settlement activities.
  • Supporting audits and providing necessary documentation when required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Educational qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of settlement processes within the financial services industry.
