Job Description

As a (Senior) FP&A Manager , your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
  • Prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis.
  • Analyse sales, margin, OPEX, and store performance KPIs.
  • Support pricing, promotions, and ROI analysis for commercial activities.
  • Build and enhance financial models for scenario and business planning.
  • Manage dashboard and KPI reporting using BI tools.
  • Support store expansion/closure analysis and other strategic retail initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data and drive process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful (Senior) FP&A Manager should have:

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
  • 10-12 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally in Retail /FMCG industries
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; BI tools a plus.
  • Strong business partnering and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
