Job Description

As a Senior Trader, Structured Rates, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead structured rates trading activity to deliver effective pricing and market execution.
  • Manage trading positions in line with market conditions and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute trading strategies for structured rates products.
  • Monitor market movements and use relevant information to guide trading decisions.
  • Provide accurate pricing and market insight to internal stakeholders.
  • Work with relevant teams to coordinate structured rates trading activity.
  • Review trade performance and identify practical improvements to execution.
  • Maintain clear records of trading activity and decisions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Trader, Structured Rates should have:

  • Strong capability in structured rates trading.
  • Experience developing and executing rates trading strategies.
  • Sound understanding of market pricing and trade execution.
  • Ability to assess market movements and manage trading positions.
