Job Description

As a Senior Technical Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily technical operations and maintenance of the property.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Managing budgets and cost controls for technical services and repairs.
  • Coordinating with contractors and service providers for facility maintenance.
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify and rectify potential issues.
  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans.
  • Ensuring timely response to operational and technical emergencies.
  • Providing technical expertise to support property-related projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • University graduate in Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management and Maintenance, or related disciplines.
  • At least 15 years of proven management experience in large-scale, multi-functional commercial complexes, with demonstrated leadership skills in a highly disciplined environment.
  • Professional knowledge of building systems, risk management, sustainability practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Recognised professional membership of HKIE, CIBSE, IMECHE, HKIS, or equivalent.
  • Strong leader committed to continuous improvement, resourceful in problem-solving, and equipped with excellent analytical and people management skills.
  • Experience in implementing smart building technologies and digital solutions is a plus.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
