Our client is a leading property developer with a strong portfolio of shopping malls across Kowloon and Hong Kong Island.

Job Description

As a Senior Leasing Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

    • Manage the full leasing cycle for retail leasing, including tenant sourcing, tenancy negotiations, lease renewals, and tenant mix planning.
    • Identify and attract suitable retail and F&B brands to maximise occupancy and enhance the overall tenant portfolio.
    • Negotiate lease terms, rental packages, and tenancy agreements in line with business objectives and market conditions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, agents, and business partners.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities, industry trends, and market intelligence.
    • Collaborate closely with property management, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth leasing and tenant on boarding processes.
    • Prepare leasing proposals, tenancy documents, reports, and related administrative documentation.
    • Monitor lease expires and renewal schedules, and proactively engage tenants to drive retention.
    • Address tenant inquiries and resolve leasing-related issues in a timely and professional manner.



The Successful Applicant

  • minimum 3 yrs experience in retail leasing or property management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in using leasing software and Microsoft Office applications.
