Job Description

  • Manage sourcing and procurement activities across corporate services, technology solutions, software, and professional services categories.
  • Coordinate RFQ, RFP and tender exercises from requirement gathering to vendor selection.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate supplier proposals and support commercial negotiations.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with internal governance, approval processes and procurement policies.
  • Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records and contract repositories.
  • Support vendor onboarding, due diligence and contract administration activities.
  • Assist in procurement-related projects, including system implementation and process improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
  • 4+ years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in indirect procurement.
  • Experience sourcing technology, software, professional services, facilities management or other corporate services categories.
  • Familiarity with tender management, procurement governance and vendor management practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience supporting system implementation or business transformation projects is an advantage.
  • Candidates from financial services, public sector, quasi-government organisations or large corporates are welcome.
  • Immediately available candidates will be highly preferred.
