Job Description

  • Deliver L2/L3 support for enterprise platform services
  • Operate and maintain container platforms, especially Kubernetes and OpenShift
  • Manage Linux environments (RHEL/CentOS), including patching and performance tuning
  • Support Microsoft Exchange (on-prem / hybrid deployments)
  • Administer Active Directory services, DNS, and Group Policy
  • Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement fixes
  • Enhance system performance, availability, and scalability through improvements
  • Work closely with application, network, and security teams
  • Produce technical documentation and operational guidelines
  • Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
  • 3-5+ years' experience in infrastructure or platform engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift environments
  • Solid Linux administration skills (RHEL or CentOS)
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Familiar with Active Directory and Windows Server administration
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
  • Knowledge of scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Ansible)
  • Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing)
  • Exposure to monitoring/logging solutions is advantageous
  • Understanding of DevOps practices is a plus
  • Certifications in Microsoft, Red Hat, or Kubernetes preferred
