Job Description

  • Supporting business development strategies to drive company growth and client acquisition.
  • Maintaining and updating client and project databases for effective account management.
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Providing administrative support for the department's daily operations.
  • Tracking and reporting on the performance of business development activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in communications, marketing, customer engagement, or related fields.
  • Experience in CRM systems and customer database management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and digital communication tools.
