Job Description

  • Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations through 3PL partners
  • Monitor logistics performance, service levels, and operational KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement projects across warehousing and distribution
  • Coordinate inbound, outbound, and regional freight activities
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and effective stock control
  • Support customs compliance and logistics governance across APAC
  • Manage logistics budgets, cost reporting, and vendor performance
  • Support new store openings and business expansion projects
  • Contribute to logistics tenders, partner selection, and contract negotiations

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or distribution
  • Experience managing or working closely with 3PL providers
  • Knowledge of inventory control, warehousing operations, and freight management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a regional or international business environment
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Experience in retail, fashion, FMCG, luxury, or consumer products is preferred
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, or supply chain systems is an advantage
