Our client, an iconic FMCG brand principal is looking for a Senior/ Key Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving sales and building strong relationships with key retail accounts.

Job Description

  • Developing and executing account plans to achieve sales targets and category growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at key retail accounts.
  • Analysing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimise performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of plans.
  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with the account to maximise profitability.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and implementing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any operational issues with the account.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on account performance to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record in key account management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and Chinese and English.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets.
