Job Description

Are you passionate about harnessing the power of AI to create real business impact? We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Senior Manager, AI Adoption & Business Solutions to lead our AI adoption journey and drive innovative technology initiatives across the organization.This is a practical leadership role for a technology professional who combines strong technical foundations with proven people management experience. The ideal candidate will stay ahead of emerging AI trends, identify practical business applications, and lead teams in delivering scalable AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.As a Senior IT Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identify, assess, and implement AI-powered solutions, including Generative AI, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, Knowledge Management Platforms, Intelligent Automation, and Conversational AI.
  • Translate business challenges into practical AI use cases and guide teams throughout the full solution lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology platforms and strategic partnerships that support enterprise AI initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technology professionals focused on AI applications, business solutions, and digital innovation.
  • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for AI implementation and change management.
  • Partner closely with infrastructure, security, data, and application teams to define technical requirements and scalable solution architectures.
  • Oversee system integration, data transformation, and process redesign initiatives to maximize business outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior IT Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, business applications, or enterprise systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong hands-on technical background earlier in career, with the ability to engage credibly with architects, developers, data professionals, and technology vendors.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise AI initiatives and delivering successful AI-driven business solutions.
  • Deep understanding of modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent automation, and emerging AI platforms.
  • Proven experience working with leading technology ecosystems such as Microsoft, OpenAI, AWS, Google Cloud, Feishu/Lark, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, digital transformation, system integration, data platforms, and business process optimization.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at executive and operational levels.
  • A strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance innovation, practicality, risk, and business value.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
