About Our Client

Our client is a leading property investment firm with strong presence in Asia-Pacific region. They are currently seeking an experienced, highly analytical, and commercially savvy Senior Investment Manager to focus extensively on the HK/Greater China commercial property market.

Job Description

  • Deal Sourcing, screen and originate commercial property investment and exit opportunities in Hong Kong/Greater China.
  • Execute institutional-grade property valuations and financial models to evaluate property performance and projected return.
  • Collaborate with in-house team to formulate business plans, budgets, and leasing strategies.
  • Conduct research and analysis on commercial real estate market to identify macroeconomic trends, structural shifts, and pricing dislocations.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive, data-driven memorandums and investment proposals.
  • Manage external counterparts to ensure thorough financial, tax, technical, and legal due diligence is completed for all potential acquisitions.
  • Assist the Head of Investment in preparing performance updates and strategic reports for investors.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
  • 10 years of real estate investment experience, with a proven track record within the HK commercial property market.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and real estate valuation methodologies, with an understanding of complex corporate structuring and debt financing.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with project management, and internal teams to align investment underwriting with operational realities.
  • Professional qualifications are a definite advantage.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is mandatory.
