About Our Client

Our client is a major public‑sector institution with a mandate to maintain financial system resilience and support long‑term market development. The organisation leads complex, multi‑year programmes involving regulatory operations, data platforms, and technology modernisation.

Job Description

  • Design, enhance, and maintain cybersecurity operational procedures, covering areas such as vulnerability management, patching, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, and security audits
  • Act as a technical subject‑matter expert for cybersecurity platforms, supporting solution selection, implementation, optimization, and day‑to‑day operations
  • Participate in system and security architecture design, SDLC activities, infrastructure planning, testing, documentation, and operational handover
  • Support integration, administration, and troubleshooting of security platforms, including IAM / PAM and related controls
  • Identify, investigate, and remediate security incidents and vulnerabilities, including vulnerability scanning analysis and penetration testing support
  • Collaborate with application teams to securely onboard systems into Privileged Access Management (PAM) and identity‑related solutions
  • Work closely with vendors, infrastructure teams, and business users to ensure security compliance, effective rollout, and adoption of security solutions
  • Track and evaluate emerging security technologies and threats, providing recommendations for improvements and future enhancements



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, security operations, consulting, or enterprise security solution delivery
  • Hands‑on experience with identity and access security technologies, such as:
    • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
    • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
    • Secrets management or identity threat detection & response (ITDR)
  • Strong understanding of security standards and frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST, and local/regional IT security policies
  • Solid knowledge of enterprise IT environments, including operating systems, networks, databases, infrastructure, and cloud platforms
  • Experience with cloud security and DevSecOps practices, exposure to tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes is an advantage
  • Proven capability in system hardening, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and infrastructure security design
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to handle complex security challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
