About Our Client

A well-established organisation with a strong presence in real estate and infrastructure is seeking an experience Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in driving financial performance and business decision-making.

Job Description

  • Prepare financial and management reports, ensuring stakeholders receive meaningful insights to support business decisions.
  • Conduct variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and performance reviews to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning process, including the development of financial models and value-added analysis.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
  • Coordinate external audits, tax compliance matters, banking relationships, and treasury-related activities.
  • Monitor and enhance financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects, business initiatives, and analysis assignments to support operational and strategic objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, management reporting, and corporate finance functions.
  • Hands-on experience in month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
  • Background gained from a combination of Big 4 and commercial in-house finance is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to analyze and present financial data effectively.
  • Fluency in both English and Cantonese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Financial Analyst.
