Job Description

As a (Senior) Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead finance operations across multiple countries within the region.
  • Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to regional and global management.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and local statutory requirements.
  • Oversee internal controls and support internal and external audit activities.



The Successful Applicant

A successful (Senior) Finance Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably within multinational corporations.
  • Proven experience managing regional finance responsibilities across multiple countries.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
