As part of its long-term succession planning and leadership development strategy, it is seeking an experienced HR leader to support the next phase of organisational growth and capability building.Job DescriptionReporting to senior HR and business leadership, the successful candidate will serve as a strategic HR partner to a sizeable, front-line operations-driven business across Hong Kong and China. The role will be responsible for leading the full spectrum of human resources activities, including workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, organisational development, compensation and benefits, and leadership capability building. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the incumbent will play a key role in driving people initiatives that support business performance, organisational effectiveness and long-term growth. As part of a structured leadership succession programme, the individual will contribute to the development of future leaders, strengthen succession pipelines and support the design and implementation of talent and management development initiatives. The role will also play an important part in shaping future leadership development programmes, including management trainee, succession and cross-functional development initiatives designed to strengthen the organisation's long-term talent pipeline.
