The company focuses on delivering excellent service and fostering growth through cutting-edge technologies.Job DescriptionLead the gathering and refinement of digital business and customer‑journey requirements for investment projects delivered under Agile.Serve as a Business Analyst working closely with Digital Product Owners (DPOs) and Business Product Owners (BPOs) to apply design thinking, conduct research‑supported analysis, and define high‑level business needs and customer journeys.Partner with Investment Product teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to refine business and UI/UX requirements, and consolidate management feedback.Develop clear business epics and user stories with strong acceptance criteria within agreed timelines, ensuring the necessary alignment and approvals from stakeholders and risk stewards.Ensure digital deliverables are ready for customer release by supporting in-sprint testing, user acceptance testing, and live‑environment validation.Conduct impact assessments and feasibility analysis to inform both front‑end and back‑end solution design.Review customer journeys and UX content prepared by the UI/UX team with relevant stakeholders.Facilitate collaboration across the project squad, including DPOs, BPOs, Scrum Masters, Designers, Tech Leads, Engineers, and QA teams.Identify key risks, issues, and interdependencies early, and drive appropriate mitigation or escalation.Work with Investment Product, Marketing, and Digital Commercialization teams to support both internal and external communication plans for new product launches or major enhancements.The Successful ApplicantStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to drive tasks to completion.
