About Our Client

Our client is a well-established and reputable organization with a strong presence in Hong Kong. Due to continuous business growth, they are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Debt Collection professional to join their finance team.

Job Description

  • Handle debt collection activities and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding outstanding payments
  • Negotiate repayment plans and settlement arrangements with customers
  • Monitor account aging reports and maintain accurate collection records
  • Investigate disputed invoices and coordinate with internal departments to facilitate payment recovery
  • Prepare regular collection reports and update management on collection status
  • Liaise with external collection agencies, legal advisors, and other third parties when necessary
  • Assist in improving collection procedures and internal controls



The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • 2+ years of experience in debt collection, accounts receivable, credit control, or related fields
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Mature, independent, and able to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Detail-minded with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior position
