Job Description

As an DC Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and managing data center operations to ensure maximum up time and reliability.
  • Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and network systems.
  • Supporting the implementation of new technologies and upgrades in the data center.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of systems and processes.
  • Responding promptly to technical issues and service disruptions.
  • Optimising energy efficiency and resource utilisation within the data center.

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree or diploma holder in electrical, mechanical, building management or similar field;
  • Minimum 8 years of related technical experience in data center construction, operation or maintenance;
  • Well knowledge of Data Centre Infrastructure operation especially in HV/MV/LV, Holder of REW C(0)/H(0) is required;
  • Skills of use of power meter fault diagnosis equipment;
  • Knowledge of managing and coordinating with vendors and customers;
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Quick learner with superior analytical, problem solving and hands-on ability;
  • Global mindset and open minded;
