About Our Client

Our client, a leading bank, is seeking an experienced Analytics & AI professional to drive high-impact initiatives across critical risk and operational functions, including Fraud, Collections, Underwriting, and KYC Operations.

Job Description

  • Transform complex business challenges into actionable, data-driven solutions that improve operational effectiveness and customer outcomes.
  • Analyze large and diverse datasets to uncover insights, identify trends, and generate strategic recommendations across risk and operations functions.
  • Develop and deploy advanced analytical models using machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI techniques to solve real-world business problems.
  • Identify emerging risks, opportunities, and operational priorities, translating them into scalable analytics use cases with measurable business value.
  • Lead analytics projects end-to-end, from problem definition and solution design through validation, implementation, monitoring, and impact assessment.
  • Partner closely with business, operations, risk, and technology teams to drive adoption of analytical solutions and establish robust performance measurement frameworks.
  • Deliver high-quality insights and solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while balancing innovation with execution.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing expertise, mentoring colleagues, and promoting analytical best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in analytics within retail banking, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience developing analytical models and applying AI/ML methodologies to solve business challenges.
  • Strong expertise in extracting insights from large and complex datasets to drive business decisions.
  • Hands-on proficiency with:
  • Python
  • SQL / BigQuery
  • Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlik Sense
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
