Job Description

As a Corporate Finance & IR professional, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing effective investor relations strategies in alignment with the company's goals.
  • Maintaining and fostering strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports, investor presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Sourcing and engaging new investors (institutional, family offices, HNWIs)
  • Building and managing a strong investor pipeline and network
  • Leading capital raising efforts and close investment commitments
  • Maintaining relationships to drive repeat investments and upselling
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor communications.
  • Providing analysis and feedback to support strategic decision-making processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Finance & IR professional should have:

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. CFA / CAIA / MBA is an advantage.
  • 8+ years in Investor Relations, fundraising or related fields
  • Proven track record of raising capital or acquiring investors
  • Experience with investment products (PE, VC, hedge funds, asset management preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.
