Job Description

As a Building Services Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, planning, and overseeing building services systems for property projects.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conducting site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to quality standards.
  • Providing technical support and resolving engineering issues during project execution.
  • Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
  • Ensuring compliance with local building regulations and safety standards.
  • Managing project timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Building Services Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Over 8 years of building services design and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of local building regulations and codes.
  • Proficiency in relevant software for design and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
