We're seeking a seasoned QA Automation Engineer with 6+ years of experience to lead quality assurance for our digital products. You'll design and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and leverage AI tools to enhance automation. This role requires strong collaboration with developers, architects, and analysts to ensure high-quality, reliable software releases.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end QA for digital products
  • Define quality standards and build reusable automation frameworks
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Identify and document defects; perform root cause analysis
  • Evaluate and implement AI-driven QA tools
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes
  • Prepare quality metrics, risk assessments, and reports
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years in QA, automation, or system design
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and automation frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
  • Familiarity with scripting/programming languages (Java, PHP, JavaScript)
  • Proven experience using AI in QA automation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in written Chinese and English; fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
