Job Description

  • Advise clients on a broad range of debt capital markets transactions
  • Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation
  • Manage matters from execution through to completion
  • Work closely with stakeholders across different jurisdictions
  • Support business development and contribute to practice growth



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ PQE qualified lawyer with DCM transaction experience
  • Mandarin language capability and strong English communication skills
  • Background in an international law firm preferred
