Job Description

  • Handle month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports to support business performance monitoring and decision-making.
  • Analyze financial results, investigate variances against budget and forecast, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, including financial modelling and business performance analysis.
  • Review and strengthen financial procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies and governance requirements.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and handle ad hoc finance projects and assignments as required.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional CPA qualification.
  • Hands-on experience in month-end closing, financial reporting, finance operations.
  • 3 years of experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
  • Prior exposure to both Big 4/public accounting environments and commercial in-house finance functions is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both English and Cantonese.
