Job Description

  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Handling month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and preparing accurate tax filings.
  • Collaborating with internal and external auditors for periodic audits.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
  • Supporting the accounting and finance team in process improvements and system upgrades.

The Successful Applicant

  • Professional qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Good command in English and Cantonese.
