About Our Client

Our client is a well-established and growing organization with a stable business presence in Hong Kong. They are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their finance team and take ownership of the full spectrum of accounting functions.

Job Description

  • Handle full set of accounts independently for the Hong Kong operation.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor daily treasury activities.
  • Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and bankers.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Support process improvements and participate in ad hoc finance projects.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Qualified or partly qualified accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of solid accounting experience with hands-on full set accounting exposure.
  • Experience handling audit, taxation, treasury, and financial reporting independently.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Good command of English and Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin).
