We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile practices within the Technology Department of a financial services organization. This temporary role is based in Kwai Chung and focuses on enabling high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results.

Job Description

  • Support organisation-wide Agile transformation initiatives with strong technical focus.
  • Act as a key member of the Agile Transformation and Engineering Excellence function.
  • Drive adoption of Agile frameworks aligned with internal delivery and security policies.
  • Facilitate Scrum and Kanban practices across cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Enhance DevSecOps maturity through CI/CD integration and automated security workflows.
  • Support shift-left security practices, including SAST/DAST and vulnerability tracking.
  • Assist in optimising Agile and DevSecOps tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
  • Monitor delivery performance using engineering and DevSecOps metrics.
  • Guide teams to balance technical debt, performance, cloud cost and scalability.
  • Support dependency management, release governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-8 years' experience in Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles with technical exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban and scaled Agile models.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tooling and CI/CD platforms (Jira, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Good understanding of DevSecOps, secure SDLC and application optimisation practices.
  • Exposure to cloud, containerisation and microservices environments is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with security compliance, vulnerability management or OWASP concepts is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills across business, engineering and InfoSec teams.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to resolve complex technical dependencies.
  • Technical skills in automation, scripting or DevOps analytics are advantageous.
  • Background in Banking, Financial Services or regulated industries preferred.
