Job Description

  • Support and drive regulatory change programmes from planning through implementation.
  • Assess the impact of new regulations issued by local and global regulatory authorities.
  • Develop and enhance policies, operational procedures, and control frameworks to meet regulatory obligations.
  • Partner with front-to-back business functions to implement regulatory and policy changes effectively.
  • Deliver training and guidance on new regulations, controls, and operational processes.
  • Perform risk and control assessments to identify key risks and mitigation measures.
  • Facilitate governance forums and steering committees to monitor regulatory implementation and non-financial risk matters.
  • Ensure change initiatives are embedded successfully into business-as-usual operations and deliver intended benefits.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with extensive experience in financial markets, regulatory compliance, change management, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record in managing regulatory transformation or large-scale change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and internal control frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting governance forums, audits, and regulatory reviews.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Fluent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
