About Our Client

Our client, a well-established International Consumer Goods company, is seeking a Regional Logistics Manager to manage logistics operations across the APAC region. The role is responsible for transportation management, logistics procurement, supplier performance, trade compliance, and supply chain optimisation, while supporting regional business objectives through efficient and scalable logistics solutions.

Job Description

  • Drive the adoption of global logistics strategies, standards, and best practices to ensure operational consistency across markets.
  • Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen logistics performance, resilience, and service delivery.
  • Drive the strategic management of logistics activities across APAC, delivering operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and sustainable cost efficiency.
  • Oversee multi-modal transportation activities, including air, ocean, road, rail, parcel, and inter-modal freight solutions.
  • Manage logistics sourcing, carrier selection, contract negotiations, and regional tender processes to optimise value and service quality.
  • Monitor logistics expenditures, operational KPIs, and supplier performance to identify efficiency gains and cost optimisation opportunities.
  • Lead the implementation, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other logistics technology solutions across APAC.
  • Serve as a key interface between business functions and logistics partners, aligning operational priorities with strategic objectives to support regional growth and performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, international trade requirements, dangerous goods standards, and import/export controls.
  • Oversee logistics operations in Hong Kong, including budget management, 3PL governance, warehousing, inventory control, fulfilment activities, and import/export operations.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in regional or international logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Experience leading or supporting TMS implementation, roll-out, optimisation, and logistics technology initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, 3PL management, logistics procurement, and supply chain performance management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • High fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. German will be a plus.
