Job Description

The RoleThe Head of Regional Branding & Customer Experiences - Asia will serve as the consolidated regional strategist, responsible for shaping and executing Asia's branding, marketing, and customer experience strategy in close alignment with global brand direction-while ensuring relevance to local market dynamics.

This role plays a pivotal leadership position in brand storytelling, integrated marketing planning, channel orchestration, and Very Important Client (VIC) strategy, with a strong focus on client engagement, loyalty, and emotional brand connection across Asia.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Brand & Storytelling Leadership

  • Champion a cohesive and elevated brand narrative across Asia that aligns with global brand vision while resonating deeply with local cultures and consumer behaviors
  • Translate global brand campaigns into locally relevant storytelling frameworks across markets
  • Act as a regional brand guardian, ensuring consistency, impact, and premium execution across all consumer touchpoints



Integrated Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and lead a holistic Asia regional marketing strategy, integrating brand marketing, content, events, media, digital, social, CRM, and experiential channels
  • Oversee regional marketing calendars and strategic priorities in partnership with local markets
  • Drive data-informed decision-making to optimize marketing effectiveness and consumer engagement



Customer Experience & Client Engagement

  • Lead the evolution of customer experience strategy across physical and digital touchpoints
  • Elevate VIC and high-value client engagement strategies, including personalization, exclusivity, events, and loyalty programs
  • Partner closely with Retail, CRM, Digital, and Merchandising teams to deliver seamless and differentiated client journeys



Regional Collaboration & Governance

  • Serve as the central connector between Global teams and Asia markets, balancing global consistency with local agility
  • Guide and influence local marketing and CX teams across multiple Asia markets
  • Establish best practices, toolkits, and performance frameworks to enhance regional execution

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Regional Branding & Customer Experiences should have:

  • 15+ years of experience in brand marketing, customer experience/clientelling, or integrated marketing leadership, ideally within luxury, premium fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Proven track record managing multi-market strategies across Asia, such as Japan, Korea, China, Souteast Asia etc.
  • Deep understanding of Asia consumer behaviors, cultures, and luxury client expectations
  • Strong expertise in brand storytelling, client engagement, VIC programs, and omni-channel marketing
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working in complex global-regional matrix organizations
  • Fluent in English; additional Asia language capabilities are a strong advantage
