Job Description

As a Regional Director, Sales & Business Development - Consumer Health / OTC, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting to the Global Headquarters
  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy across Hong Kong and selected Asian markets.
  • Lead the expansion of both e-commerce and retail sales channels to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Build and manage relationships with ecommerce platforms, retailers, key accounts, and strategic partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and execute market entry strategies across the region.
  • Collaborate with global leadership to develop regional business plans and commercial initiatives.
  • Drive sales performance through effective channel management and commercial execution.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer trends to support business decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, supply chain, and other global teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Represent the business with external stakeholders, partners, and industry events across the region.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Director, Sales & Business Development - Consumer Health / OTC should have:

  • Start-up and/or Entrepreneur Spirit
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership, business development, key account management, or regional sales.
  • Strong understanding of consumer products, consumer health, wellness products, or emerging growth brands.
  • Proven experience growing e-commerce and retail channels.
  • Experience developing distributor networks and expanding into new markets across Asia.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses from the ground up.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, agile, and high-performance environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is highly advantageous.
