They are seeking a Regional CRM Executive to support customer engagement, loyalty programmes, and membership initiatives while helping to enhance customer experiences across multiple touchpoints.Job DescriptionMaintain and manage CRM databases, ensuring customer data accuracy, segmentation, and reporting.Support the execution of CRM campaigns, loyalty programmes, member communications, eDMs, and promotional activities.Coordinate membership administration, including member records, renewals, benefits fulfilment, and event registrations.Assist with customer engagement events and marketing activations, including logistics coordination and post-event follow-up.Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver a seamless customer experience.Prepare CRM reports and customer insights to support business decisions and engagement strategies.Provide operational support including budget tracking, invoice processing, and marketing inventory management.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.1-3 years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, membership programmes, customer engagement, marketing operations, or campaign coordination.Experience working with CRM platforms and customer databases.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and generate actionable insights.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Understanding of customer lifecycle management, loyalty programmes, and retention strategies is advantageous.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.A proactive team player with strong stakeholder management skills.What's on OfferThis is an opportunity to work with a premium lifestyle brand for its regional markets.
