About Our Client

Our client is a well-established premium lifestyle retailer with a strong presence across Asia-Pacific. They are seeking a Regional CRM Executive to support customer engagement, loyalty programmes, and membership initiatives while helping to enhance customer experiences across multiple touchpoints.

Job Description

  • Maintain and manage CRM databases, ensuring customer data accuracy, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Support the execution of CRM campaigns, loyalty programmes, member communications, eDMs, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate membership administration, including member records, renewals, benefits fulfilment, and event registrations.
  • Assist with customer engagement events and marketing activations, including logistics coordination and post-event follow-up.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare CRM reports and customer insights to support business decisions and engagement strategies.
  • Provide operational support including budget tracking, invoice processing, and marketing inventory management.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, membership programmes, customer engagement, marketing operations, or campaign coordination.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and customer databases.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and generate actionable insights.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle management, loyalty programmes, and retention strategies is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
  • A proactive team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
