Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Global Communications, the Regional Corporate Communications Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing communication strategies that support business objectives, employee engagement, and corporate culture across regional and international markets. The position is responsible for developing and delivering integrated communication initiatives that connect employees and stakeholders across diverse geographies while ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.

The successful candidate will lead internal communications programs, including executive communications, leadership messaging, employee engagement initiatives, town halls, newsletters, intranet content, and strategic storytelling that reinforces corporate values and priorities. The role will also oversee the communication planning and execution of major corporate events and engagement programs, creating compelling content and campaigns that maximize participation and organizational impact.

In addition, the incumbent will drive social media and digital communications strategies across both Western and Asian platforms, ensuring strong brand consistency while tailoring content to different audiences. Leveraging AI technologies, data analytics, and emerging communication tools, the role will enhance audience engagement, communication effectiveness, and content performance.

Working closely with regional teams, business units, and senior leadership, the successful candidate will coordinate complex cross-border projects involving stakeholders across more than 20 countries. The role will also support CSR and community engagement programs through authentic storytelling and strategic communications that strengthen corporate reputation and employee participation. Given the scale and complexity of the position, exceptional organization, stakeholder management, prioritization, and time management skills are essential.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline, together with approximately 8 to 12 years of experience in corporate communications within a multinational environment. A proven track record in internal communications, employee engagement, social media strategy, corporate events, and integrated communication planning is highly desirable.

You are a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and exceptional project management skills. You possess outstanding writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities, and are comfortable influencing senior leaders and collaborating with colleagues across different cultures, countries, and time zones.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential due to the regional and international nature of the role. Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including generative AI, AI agents, and communication analytics tools, will be highly advantageous.
