Job Description

As a Real Estate Paralegal/Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Assisting with due diligence processes, including title searches and property investigations.
  • Liaising with clients, legal teams, and external parties to coordinate transaction processes.
  • Maintaining and organising legal records and documentation.
  • Conducting legal research to support case work and transactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in Hong Kong.
  • Providing administrative support to the legal department as needed.
  • Facilitating the completion and execution of legal agreements and contracts.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have several years of prior experience handling real estate, property or related transactions in a law firm. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese is required. This role is best suited to someone who is mature-minded, can work independently and is looking for long-term stability.
