Job Description

As a Quality Assurance professional, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for software and systems.
  • Identifying and documenting software defects to ensure resolution and improvement.
  • Collaborating with the technology team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Conducting functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure system reliability.
  • Maintaining detailed reports of testing outcomes and providing actionable feedback to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company quality guidelines.
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
  • Providing support during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Assurance professional should have:

  • A strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in the retail industry or similar sectors is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a technology-driven team.
