Job Description

As a Project Manager - IT, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead full project lifecycle delivery, from initiation through to implementation and rollout
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into effective IT solutions
  • Partner with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure timely project execution
  • Facilitate solution design, documentation, and implementation across multiple stakeholders
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including issue analysis and resolution tracking
  • Engage senior stakeholders, regulators, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - IT should have:

  • A detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure.Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management and business analysis within banking/financial services
  • Mandatory experience in wealth management, capital/fund management, or financial risk/risk management projects
  • Proven track record in delivering digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
