Our client is a well-established global insurance organisation with a strong technology presence in Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource planning
  • Drive Agile project methodologies and ensure adherence to project governance standards
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements
  • Lead cross-functional development teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and performance metrics throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop testing strategies and coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities
  • Prepare rollout plans and support successful implementation of project deliverables
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and provide recommendations to project sponsors
  • Present project updates, status reports, and key decisions to steering committees and senior stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of project management experience within technology environments
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale business application or technology projects
  • Strong Agile project management knowledge and practical experience
  • Background in insurance or financial services is highly preferred
  • PMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certification preferred
  • Experience managing project budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching capabilities
  • Excellent risk assessment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, Chinese, and Mandarin is preferred

What's on Offer

  • Monthly salary ranging from HKD 72,000 to HKD 88,000.
