Job Description

As a Project Manager - Agile, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing technology projects from initiation to completion using agile methodologies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks to project objectives.
  • Facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Preparing and presenting project updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business requirements.
  • Documenting project processes and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Agile should have:

  • Proven experience managing technology projects in the insurance industry.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and related tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve project challenges effectively.
  • A solid understanding of technology solutions and their application in insurance.
  • Relevant certifications in project management or agile methodologies are an advantage.
