Job Description

  • Lead and manage full lifecycle digital and AI projects-from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch optimization.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
  • Collaborate with business users, IT, operations, compliance, and senior leadership to align expectations and prioritize deliverables.
  • Prepare project documentation including BRDs, user stories, sprint reports, and project status updates.
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with internal governance, security, and regulatory requirements.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record managing AI, data, or automation projects.
  • Hands-on experience writing user stories, managing product backlog, and coordinating with technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
