This is a highly visible regional role that sits in the intersection of product strategy, commercial planning, market insights, innovation launches, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping market positioning, accelerating product adoption and influencing the future product roadmap for the APAC region.

Job Description

Reporting to the regional leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies to drive sustainable business growth across APAC markets.
  • Translating global product strategies into market-specific opportunities and commercial initiatives.
  • Partnering closely with sales, marketing, product, and external business partners to successfully launch new innovations and category initiatives.
  • Managing product portfolio performance and supporting profitable growth through strategic planning and market prioritization.
  • Leveraging consumer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and influence future innovation pipelines.
  • Identifying strategic partnership, marketing and PR opportunities to elevate brand awareness and market presence.
  • Working across multiple functions and regional stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and product commercialization.
  • Providing regional product expertise and acting as a key point of contact between commercial and technical teams.



The Successful Applicant

We welcome applications from commercially minded product marketing professionals who thrive in fast-paced and international environments.An ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, International Business, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in regional product marketing, product management, category management or commercial marketing roles within consumer durable or lifestyle technology products.
  • Strong experience developing go-to-market strategies and launching products across multiple APAC markets.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for consumer behaviour, market trends, and business growth.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate a matrix organisation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a clear focus on business impact.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented approach
  • Mandarin language capability would be advantageous.
